Driiv provides professional transportation services to riders through our mobile app and website.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, traffic, and applicable fees. By booking a ride, you authorize Driiv to charge your selected payment method.
Cancellation and no-show fees may apply after a driver has been dispatched.
By using the app, you consent to real-time GPS tracking during ride requests and active trips for safety and service accuracy.
Passengers must behave respectfully and lawfully. Driiv reserves the right to refuse service or suspend accounts for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
While Driiv strives to provide safe and reliable transportation, we are not liable for delays, traffic conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
